Sweet Somethings came to life in London, while owner Sunita Boyes was working full time as an accountant. Realising that she had not only a talent for baking but an urge to pursue a more creative career, Sunita began making cakes for her friends and family, and enrolled on a patisserie course based in London.
Before long, she had set up a part-time business, dedicating her evenings and weekends to crafting her delicious creations. But with orders stacking up, it was time to take the leap – Sunita decided to reduce the hours of her accountancy work, and make the gradual move into full-time baking.
Sweet Somethings is now based in Baden, Switzerland, where Sunita relocated in 2016. Every day, Sunita takes orders for bespoke cakes, desserts and sweet treats. She brings her expertise to all kinds of commissions, from tiered wedding cakes, pastries and pretty cupcakes, to novelty birthday desserts, delivering the gorgeous finished result right to your door.
